According to the change of safety regulations (change A1:2009 to norm EN 61010-031) for cat. III and IV, the length of uncovered tip of probe, which could be placed under dangerous voltage cannot be longer than 4mm.
Therefore in standard accessories of our measuring instruments, CAT IV 1000V probes can be found.
CAT II 1000V pin probes (with uncovered measuring tip) also can be supported if needed.
